Hi Tuan,

Today I had an order where the buyer accidentally entered the wrong email address.
I haven't received an order confirmation, nor is the order listed in DMS under Orders. Is this related to the incorrect email address? How can I still access the invoice and download link in such a case?

Hi Christian

If this only happens for this order, for the time being, please go to Orders Management screen, select Unpublished from State filter to see the Pending/Unpublished order

Then find the order which is missing (and you actual receive payment), publish it

Keep monitoring the system to see if the issue happens again

Hi Tuan,

I have to come back to the issue of a missing order confirmation. Even if the email address is correct, new orders initially receive the status "unpublished." I then have to publish them manually and, just to be on the safe side, I also send the confirmation email manually. Currently, I can respond to most orders quickly, but this isn't a permanent solution.

What could be causing this?

Hi Christian

As soon as payment completed, order status should become paid, not pending. If it is pending like that, something is not right. What payment method you are using? For this, please submit a support ticket and we will discuss more about it
