My client is looking to tell whether a document was found as a result of an email campaign or direct from the website. Is there a way to do this?

a 'spit' is a rod upon which savory food was roasted, turned in ancient times by a worker called a 'jack', a middle English word for an ordinary laborer (eg jack of all trades, steeplejack, lumberjack). Today, this is done by a 19th C machine.

Maybe adding a custom field on order form to ask users how they found the documentation when they order that document?
