Assign a document to a specific user

My need is: assign a document to a specific user.
Is this possible with this component?

The purpose of this functionality would be to allow the upload of a pdf document (report) for my clients so that they can pay for the service and then be able to download their personal report.
The creation of the customer account is carried out in advance by myself so that it can receive their access.
The environment (store) will not be public, but private.

Ah, OK. If so, I'm afraid of Documents Seller could not be used to handle this requirement
