Just purchased document seller does it workk or no

I know Tuan is most busy..so I will ask anyone to reply...

1 first never could get sandbox test to complete order so that email and doc are sent.. fiddled with that for 3 hrs.. tried smtp and php.. and a few other things I usally do .. but no email

so I tried live test.. to purchase a user upload file.. when i got to paypal it had skipped over the users paypal and went to the admin paypal.. just like it does in testmode..

does front end upload work.. and allow the money to be placed in the users uploads paypal account..

can someone confirm this feature works...??? all it does for me is skip over and try to use the admin account..



so I sold myself 0.10 copy of a test file ..lol.. the order went through but no email..or file delivery..

complete orders.. in the back end.. do we have manually place them into the users account or should they be the user that sold them .. this will get really confusing..if we have to manually move the orders..

did I miss a help file or some documentation.. I read what was posted.. I have read the forum..

anybody ..somebody..please.. I have not had this much confusion with a component in ...well its been a long time....

I do not think the ipn is working.. and i dont see a script for it..

I know your not spose to need one.. just add paypal and good to go.. but its not happening...

First of all, you are right . I am busy. However, I still give support to customers on daily basic, so feel free to ask me any questions you have . You spent money to purchase the extension, so you have the right to ask me for support, that's normal .

1. About sandbox testing : I haven't tried to test it with sandbox from long time ago, so I am not sure whether It works now (I usually test with live order (with Document set to 0.01$ for example) . Maybe you can try to do the same thing .

=> Did you try to enter your paypal account when you create the document ? If you enter your Paypal account, when users purchase document, the money will be transfered to your Paypal account .

=> Could you please make sure that your mail setting works ? You can try that by creating a new users from back-end of your site to see whether any notificaiton emails are sent . Also, please note that the email is only sent after you complete payment (you need to process payment at Paypal site in order to make the email feature works) .

=> The IPN is working well . The code to implement it is handled by Paypal payment plugin in the component. The IPN is not handled via a seperate script .


BTW, I checked orders history and don't see any order associated to your account/email. Could you please let me know the email you used to purchase the extension ?

Ok

The joomla install is new clean install 1.5.22 no hacks.. email works on everything

when user uploades doc I do receive email that doc is uploaded..
and user receives email pending..
user recives approvel email when approved... all ok..


Live test... purchase user uploaded file for 0.1..

it goes to admin paypal email .. not user paypal email ..???? it is skipping the user paypal email...

I can not buy a user upload doc... do i need set file permissions...??

i just put up another site to test.. it is doing the exact same thing..

it skips the user paypal email and goes to admin paypal account..//

i re-read all documentation and looked over all configs files..???????

its not passing from user upload documents w/ paypal email

paypal_id varchar(50) is saved in sql user files..


for some reason it is passing the admin paypal "business"


coulde it be a permission prob on one of the files or directories .. I have tried a few..lol

I have tested it on 3 installs.. 2 diff servers..

trying to buy user upload sales will default to admin paypal account.... I need fix for this..


tested 3 sites 2 new installs.... multi user sales to put money in user paypal is not possible..

if this function is not working please tell me.. I will use another method..aec..or somthing


admin sales work fine.. and will process all email and deliver product, admin sales ok..

No user upload sales to user paypal email "not working"
...... everything sold on admin paypal account....this will not work for me, i need multi user sales..

you have 2 test sites and admin accounts..in support ticket
just give me code i put in place..

this will allow for multi user selling..

any help on the email would be great .. I know they come back to a download page.. but if they dont click through.. they will need email..
