Is it possible to sell hard-cover books using document seller?

We've been using DS successfully for a while now to sell pdf copies of hard-cover books. Now I've been asked to add a book that only comes in hard-cover. IOW, there is no pdf copy. Does DS have the ability to sell a book like this?

Normally, DS can only be used to sell digital download products, mean customers purchase the product, and then can download it
