No download after purchase

Hi Tuan,
Gradually getting there with DSM
After setting a purchase price for a product, the 'Order Now' option is available but no download! I'm going live Sat 18 Feb for eBooks...so please help me as soon as humanly possible.
Paypal have thrown me out so am looking for alternatives urgently as now I can't even test.

Hi Lorie

You need to purchase the document , then the document could be sent to your email (if configured). You can configure the system to send download link or document to your email

If you want to download it, you will need to:
- Create a menu item to link to Orders History page
- Customers can login, access to the menu item to see their order history and download the documents from there

Please try that and let us know if you have other questions
