Download doesn't work

I think I may have missed a step. After logging in and selecting a free document, I click on Process Order and the system says download complete, but there was no download. Did I forget to click a box somewhere?  www.vvfh.org/index.php/books/e-bookstore?layout=columns

UPDATE: I added a menu item for Order History labeled My Orders, and I can download the files from there, but the main download screen does not download the document as expected.

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and tell us what we need to do to see that error

I have created the ticket and given you access. To see the problem, go to the free books category, log in, then select a free book. Then click on Process. It will tell you that the download was successful, but there was no download.

If you then go to the menu item, My Downloads, you can see it there and download it. But, I was expecting the download to occur when you click on Process.
