DS does not send emails

I have purchased Document-Seller a few days ago. Now I realize when I do a test order it does not send emails. neither to the client, nor to the the admin. Paypal-Notifications come instantly. I don't want the documents being sent by email, just invoice and download link.
Could you give me a hint please ?

During your test, after you completed payment, what's the status of the order? Is it Pending or Paid? Please note that the email will only be sent when order is paid, so if it is Pending, the issue causes by something else

Yes status is paid.

OK, great. Happy to hear that the issue was solved. Could I ask what was the reason? Is it something wrong with mail settings?

Hey Tuan.
I have encountered a next issue :
Paid downloads are working fine, but free downloads only work, when "collect user information for free downloads" is set to "NO".
Once I put it on "YES" it collects the information, but the user gets on a blank page. I get an email, but no download link aceessable for client ...

Any Idea?

I only use PayPal that was included in the DS.

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Link to the page which I can download free document (tell me which document to download) and see this error

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
