Is it possible to integrate user accounts across Joomla, Edocman and Documents seller.

All these extensions (and other Joomla extensions) use Joomla user accounts, so the answer is Yes. Not sure what's not working for you? Please explain more details about your problem (if exists) so that we can give you instructions to setup
