Hi, I have a question: when a customer choose offline payment he'll receive an email with the data to transfer money to me.
When I receive the payment Have I to activate the order in the backend And he will automatically receive a mail which tells him that he can download the product purchased? Or I have to email manually to him?

Hi

Please get this file, unzip it, and upload to folder components/com_dms/payments folder . After that, It will work as expected.

I think you should be faster on reply to your customer


=> Because of the difference in timezone, I think 1-2 days for the reply should be good enough .

Hi, I replace the file you give me. But now if i choose offline payment the download is immediately available! So the customer could not pay and download the file!

Yes I saw the file and I replaced it how you said. But now, when the customer buy and choose offline payment, the download is immediately available! How can i control the payment to my bank account if he can download the file immediately?

Oh, sorry. I mis-understood what you want . You don't need to replace the file, then .

When you receive payment via bank, you just simply publish the order . The customers will receive an email contains download links (or contains the documents in the attachment) . You won't have to email them manually .
