Filename truncated when downloading

Hi,
I am configuring DMS for the first time and set up some documents for free download. I've noticed that when I hit the Download button the filename of the file to be downloaded is missing its first letter.

For example, if the file name is "Flat_Image.png", when I download it the saved file becomes "lat_Image.png". The first letter is missing. This seems to happen on each of the files I have tested so far.

Any advice would be appreciated.
