Can't see my orders

I've ordered DMS, DMS Google Checkout and DMS Moneybooker from your site but I can't see these extensions in my "Order History" so I can't download them.

I've ordered them from PayPal with the same e-mail registered here.

Please, add these orders to my account asap.

admin, I can see you've replied other topics 4 hours ago asking them to chat with you on skype so it's clear you've enough time but not fixed my issue.

This is very urgent, I can't download what I've paid for. I'm going to write a detailed review on JED about this if you don't fix my issue asap.

I am sorry for lately response on this issue. I just checked the orders history and didn't see the order comes from your emails. Could you please let me know the email you used to purchase the extensions ? or your paypal email ?

As I said, I've purchased them with the same e-mail I'm registered here so you can search your PayPal account for my e-mail address.

Thank you for sending me the files via e-mail. Also, plz add these extensions to my "Order History" so I could download the updates and not repeat such threats to you next time.

I understood the problem. Infact, your orders were stored in the database of our system. However, there is something wrong with the order history section on my site at the moment. I will try to fix it by this time on tomorrow .

You can go ahead to install the extensions I sent you via email. I will make it available under history within your account by this time on tomorrow !
