Document For Sale Set-up

Can I get some help please?

1) I have a bunch of documents on the website most of them are free but some are for sale. I have it currently set-up so that users have to enter their Username and Password to download the free files.

How do I set up the documents for sale so that when the user clicks on "Order It" it takes them to a payment form? Currently it take me to the same form as the free files.

2) Also when I click on "Details" it says "There are no documents in this category". Why does the details button show if there is no data?

=> It could not happen if your documents for sales are not free documents. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check your settings ?

Yes, I know your support was superb this is why I was wondering if things have gone downhill.

Anyway, thank you for getting back to me. My clients want things done yesterday so we have to try and please them, hence the rush.

My dev checked and found that the reason of the error is because you have some template override (layout override) which is based on the code of the old version of the extension.

Please go to your site to check it and reply us via support ticket
