Getting blank orders when user hits Refresh after

When a user hits the Submit button, if they hit Refresh after they are submitting, we get a blank order but the person gets charged.

What version of the extension you are using ? Please makes sure you are using latest version of the extension (version 2.6.0) ? If you are using the latest version , the issue won't happend .

If it is possible, please send me administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you .

We are using 2.5.7.

We have made a bunch of customization to the component to accommodate bundled products, can you please let us know which files were updated in the new release so we can manually copy them over?

Can you please let us know what code we need to change to fix this issue?

One in 6 orders comes through as blank - and the credit card gets charged even though the order is blank.

Version 2.7.0 have heavy modification to support payment plugins (when we want to add a new payment gateway, we only need to write plugin, not having to modify core code) . In this case, please send me FTP account of your site (only need to access to com_dms folder) . I will modify the extension alitle to prevent this problem for you .

Hello everybody,

i have a similar problem.
Sometimes an order arrives without indication of which downloadable document.
The customer is charged but becomes no dowload-link and no indication of document.
All other informations are displyed normally.
we have version 2.5.7
is this the same problem?
should version 2.6+ fix this?
