Transparent check out payment form

When we click on ORDER IT button , a transparent pop up window appears and it doesn't look right. any ideas on what needs to be done?

I think there are some javascript/css conflict and it causes the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you
