Blank order screen and no emails

I recently purchased DMS from your site. The order confirmation page containing the download file is not showing up. It is only a blank white screen. In addition, the customer nor me as the administrator is receiving the email notifications. I tested this once and it worked the first time only. Please help.

This is strange . Could you submit a support ticket contains FTP account and Joomla administrator account so that I can check it for you ?

I believe I fixed the problem. My zip file to be download contains multiple folders with mp3's in it and pdf documents. The total zip file size is 251 MB. In my configuration settings, I deselected 'sending document by email' and now it works. However, after trying to download the purchased zipped file, I get the following error message:

cannot open file it does not appear to be a valid archive

However the original zip file on my hard drive as well as on my joomla server is fine.

Some server does not allow sending large file via email and that cause the bug .

Regarding the download issue, what browser are you using for testing ? Could you email me a sample link so that I can test it ?
