Customise Look of Pages for Document Seller

When I bring up a category list the list is headed "Documents List". How can I change this please? Also, the header bar says no, document, price, order. I would also like to change the word document here, too. I would be grateful jfor any help.

For anyone interested, names can be changed in translations section of DS within admin.
