DMS 3 was created by RC

Hi,
Just purchased DMS 3 need quick pointers

need help finding the form for terms and Conditions
currently when Terms and condition is clicked it results in 404 - Article not found
index.php/component/content/article?id=0

FOUND IT - DMS /general tab under configuration..

no way to delete the post
