No email sent for orders

I'm using Document Seller 3.0 on Joomla 2.5

When an order is placed, no email is sent to the customer.

When I go to the administrator backend, components, orders, check customer and click on 'send email' icon and try to send email from there, I end up with a white page.

No email with download link is being sent to customers who purchase.

Any advice appreciated, and please.

It seems there is problem with mail settings on your server. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me information of your site so that I can check and correct it for you ?

Really sorry for being late on response. I spend most of my time these days to finish new version of DMS, will get it released within this week !
