Good morning,
I am having issues with the directions as follows:
1. In DMS:
1.1. I can create categories, implement files, and create documents.
1.2. I can link the documents to the categories.
1.3. The document shows the category it belong to but the category does not show documents linked to it.
Here an additional question: Are DMS categories and documents seen by Article Manager and Category Manager in Joomla?
2. In Joomal Menus I am unable to go further
2.1. The directions "CREATING MENU ITEMS TO LINK TO THE COMPONENT:" I don't understand these directions. I am however familiar both with Drupal and Joomla in terms of menu and category creations (see
www.trigrams.org
and
www.iandi.cc
; the last one being the site I am implementing DMS).
I am eager to launch DMS and hope to receive guidance soon. I apologize in advance if it is my own shortcomings that prevent me to understand.
