GST / VAT option available yet?

For a shop set up in Australia, is there a way of adding 10% Goods and Services Tax to an order if it is from an Australian customer?

Sorry Peter but this feature is not available in the extension yet. This tax rate will only applied to Australia customers, not customers from other countries ?

I am working on new version of the extension at the moment, so I would like to know and integrate it into the extension if it is possible !

Yes, I need a way of applying a 10% tax to customers inside Australia, and not applying it to orders from outside Australia.
For me, something that was hard coded would be fine, but I imagine that it would be more useful if it was something similar to the tax rules that can be set up in Virtuemart, where the rule is only applied if the country matches the country specified in the rule.

Was a solution found for this? I need to show the GST in the tax invoice that is produced. I am using Membership Pro also so it is similar to the feature that is available here (setting Tax amount in Configuration).
