Hi,

is it possible to add specific files to a specific user, without the billing process?
The user should be able to see the new docs in his downloadarchive, without doing something by himself.

Hi

You will need to create a new order for him in this case. Go to Documents Seller -> Orders, create a new order for him and It will work well !
