Documents Seller not working

Documents Seller not working was created by peforever
Hello Tuan,
Paid orders in Documents Seller have been downloading the wrong files for a few weeks now.
We paid and upgraded to the latest version of Document Seller to fix the problem but then now the email links to a page saying,
"Your reached your download limit or your download has expired."

The site is Joomla 1.7.3
PHP 5.3.16
We are losing money, please help us ASAP
