documents seller

Hi,
I installed documents seller in my JOOMLA site and it was working fine in my local machine. When I uploaded to the web server I got the following msg "Document path is not writable" in the configuration and when I tried to serve I got the second msg which says "JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths Copy failed "
I contacted my service provider, unfortunately they can not turn on _basedir, its not supported in their servers. Is there a way that we can change the script so that it does not need _basedr to be turned on? please assist.

I see that the documents path config variable doesn't setup properly . Please submit a support ticket contains administrator account and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you .

I just checked and changed the config setting . For other users , you can simply press on the Reset button next to the Documents path config option to solve the issue .
