Document Path is not writable

Hi,
I installed documents seller in my JOOMLA site and it was working fine in my local machine. When I uploaded to the web server I got the following msg "Document path is not writable" in the configuration and when I tried to serve I got the second msg which says "JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths Copy failed "
I contacted my service provider, unfortunately they can not turn on _basedir, its not supported in their servers. Is there a way that we can change the script so that it does not need _basedr to be turned on? please assist.

It seems the path which you set in Documents path config option is not correct. Please send me FTP account and Joomla administrator account so that I can check and fix it for you .

I checked and changed the configuration of Documents path config option . It all works fine now .
