pathurl & problem with submenu

Hello,
another problem with links and menues.

If I access the categoryview of DMS the submenu of my site is visible.
In this case the link looks like this:

index.php?option=com_dms&view=category&category_id=1&Itemid=78
Its ok.

If I choose the detailview of DMS the submenu of my site is also visible.
In this case the link looks like this:
index.php?option=com_dms&task=view_document&id=1&Itemid=78

its also ok.

If I use the ordering-button the link is like the following:

index.php?option=com_dms& amp;task=checkout& amp;Itemid=78

My submenue is gone now.

On my opinion, the problem has to do with the “amp;” in the link.

If I delete the “amp;”, the link is like this index.php?option=com_dms&task=checkout&Itemid=78

The submenue is visible – that´s how it should be.

How can I solve this problem.

Please answer quickly it´s very very urgent!
