Orders not showing up

Three questions here:

1) Why aren't the orders showing up under the Orders tab?

I have run three test orders and no orders are showing up.

2) How long should it take for the file or link to be emailed once an order is placed?

I have tried the options to send the link and the file via email and it isn't working. The download link is also not showing up on the Confirmation Page. Where can I get this fixed?

3) On the Product Details Page the description is being written as an H2 tag - where can I fix this?

Here is the Confirmation notice I get - please note the [ITEM_NAME] and [AMOUNT] are not coming across in the message:

Could you please let me know more informations :

1. What payment method are you using ?
2. How did you test it ? If you are using Paypal and test it on your local computer or make your site offline or use some extensions like RSFirewall, the orders won't be verified and they won't show up in back-end (We use Paypal IPN to validate payment and in these case, Paypal IPN cannot reach your site and orders won't be showed) .

We're using PayPal at the moment.
We tested by marking the products at $0.01 and using a separate account for purchases. The site was live.
Looks like PayPal IPN isn't active - what settings does it need to function?

activated IPN - have no idea what URL to put there though, where can I find this?

Could you submit your site information (FTP account and Joomla administrator account) so that I can check and fix it for you ? I want to check it directly on your site because It is working fine on the demo server and with other clients .
