Do not redirect to pay Paypal site

I purchase your plugin & its really works great. But when ever i complete order form it redirect to index page with this message " Please wait while redirecting to Paypal for making payment..." can you give me some support.

Thanks for purchasing the extension. Regarding the issue, I think It is something related to your site template. Could you submit a support ticket contains FTP account and Joomla administrator account of your site so that I can check and fix it ?

Tuan there is no support ticket in user menu please guide me..

i send admin user & password through "report to moderator" please check...
