Help with CB Order History in 2.5.4?

I've spent several hours trying to get the Order History plugin for Community Builder to show up in users' profiles, but it's not working. Is this known to be working in 2.5.4? I can get other CB plugins to show up correctly, but not the DMS Order History. I don't know how to tell where the problem is -- I've followed all of the steps in the tutorial, but it's still not working. Could you please tell me what to try or look for?

I don't know if it's related or not, but when I'm logged in with an account that has purchased the product, I no longer see a Download link on the product page.

Could you please submit a support ticket contains your site information (FTP account, administrator account and the account you used to login to front-end to check order history) . I will have a look at your site to see what is the problem. I checked it on my server and saw that it is working fine .

I just replied your ticket . Basically, the order history only showed if you have at least one order in the site . Try to place an order (you can also create a new order from back-end) and you will see that the orders history will be showed in your profile .

Thank you -- that makes more sense now. My test account had orders in the history, but were apparently linked to old products that were no longer published, so I wasn't seeing them anymore.
