"complete order" gives 500 error in version 2.5.4

I hope someone can help me quickly I have a deadline to meet and I cant get Documents Seller to work
when I click on "complete order" I get a 500 error:
500 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: frontpage,html,dmsView

editing to add: checking yes to bypass paypal fixes this temporarily

Could you submit a support ticket contains FTP account of your site ?
