I have created a document and uploaded it for sale. I can see it and select it and order it. I have made an order and payment for the document via Paypal Sandbox but when the transaction is complete everything looks fine but there is no email sent to customer or administrator and there is no order created in the back end.
is there setting I have missed. the whole process looks to work fine except for the last bits.
Maybe Paypal IPN doesn't work on that Paypal account ? Could you please check the Paypal transaction to see whether it is Pending or Completed ? Is your site located on a live or on a local server ?
