Switched Paypal Accounts, and docs now not sent!

Hi,

I bought the extension a while ago and it has worked flawlessly for 18 months.

However, now I have had to switch the Paypal payments to a different Paypal account, and the customers are not being sent their documents.

They make the payment alright, but the order does not appear in DMS.

After Paypal, it is as if the transaction is not acknowledged on DMS?

I know that there will not be a problem with the extension, but is there some setting in my new Paypal account that I am missing.

Hi Gordon

Maybe Paypal IPN is disabled on your new Paypal account and that's the reason causing the issue. Could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages ? If Yes, what are the status of these messages ?

There is a history, Tuan.

It has the Date/time created, Message ID, and Transaction ID, but the Status is 'Disabled'?

Ok, got into Paypal and now I have to setup the url for the IPN messages. I've read in other posts that DMS automatically specifies the return url - but should I set the IPN notification URL to the domain of my site?

AHA! Got it. In PayPal you have to upgrade from a personal account to a premier account (no cost to do this)

The reason is because with a personal Paypal account, Paypal won't notify the system when someone made payment, so the system won't be able to verify the payment, sending emails.....
