How to use messages (auto-forms)?

Hello,

So far a great tool... But where can I find a tutorial about all the functions...?
I have trouble to generate auto-forms (Tab: Messages), what macro's can be used for automating text?

If you want to autofill the forms you need something like,

Hello [name],

Thank you for ordering [prodruct]. You can download your document here [link].

I was just about to post regarding the same thing - I think? I wanted to include certain fields in the emails sent to the seller. I add the keys found in the languages area but it did not work. This is what I tried:

An order has been placed for the Training Manual. The buyer information is below:

First Name: DMS_FIRST_NAME
Last Name: DMS_LAST_NAME

Response on this forum is really really slow.... I thought based on the last 2 comments on Joomla Extension it would be better

I need help with this too...it seems that the message containing an download link is a critical part of this system, yet I find no instructions on how to do it. Without this, we CAN'T sell our products. Please help ASAP.

I am sorry for lately response. I was on new year holiday and don't have internet connection at my home . Right now, you can use the following tags for message :
[ITEM_NAME], [ORDER_DETAIL]

The [ORDER_DETAIL] tags contains all information about the order include first name, last name, download link for purchased documents..... . The tags are included in the default configuration when you install DMS, so I think you can understand it easily .

Here are default configuration data in case you want to use these default settings . Just import this sql file into your site database and you will see default settings .

I've imported the file to my sql database but when the email is sent it does not seem to recognise the tags. This is EXAVTLY what i received on my email:

The only tags that seem to work are [ITEM_NAME], [ORDER_DETAIL]. That would be ok with me, however, i need to send the email in Arabic and don't know where to translate the information under [ORDER_DETAIL]!
