Remove Icons & Details Button

How do I remove the folder icon that shows at the top of the page as well as the PDF icon that is next to the document's name?

Also, I'm only selling one product so I don't need the details icon and all the info is on the first page, how can I hide/remove that?

I think I may add this to the "wish list" as I think it should be something that we should be able to change easily without custom work.
