I'm feeling kind of dense here. I've also emailed you for help and not received any acknowledgment. I'm running out of options and as this is a SECURITY release to fix an SQL injection issue, I *WAS* hoping to get it fixed quickly.

I had a customer purchase the software. We got it downloaded and installed...a couple of days before this security release. When she logs into her account, we do not see a download button under her order history. Please let me know where I can find the component that we need to replace to fix this security issue.
