sell document from front end

I am searching a component like your DMS but with other two features: authorized user can manage, sell files, documents, order history of files sold... from front end and seller can assign file to specific user(s) (as edocman feature) in the case of private file.
What do you think?

At the moment, Documents Seller allows users upload files for selling. The money of the purchase will go directly to users' Paypal account. However, the features you are asking for are not available in Documents Seller yet.
