Hi, I recently purchased DMS and also the payflow pro payment plugin. The issue is that, when i activate the Paypal and Payflow pro payment plugins, there are no credit card fields in the checkout form, thus users cannot select payflow pro as a payment option.

What could be the issue and how can I resolve this?
