File Size and 500 Internal Server Error

Hello,
I am trying to set up a digital download store using Document Seller as the interface.
In doing so, I have noticed that when a .doc file, or .jpeg file is listed in the documents section, it downloads fine.

But when you attempt to download a large video file (I have tried both a mp4 and the same file as a .zip), I get a 500 Internal Server Error. I have contacted my host provided and they have referred me back to the vendor.

Is there a file size limitation to this module? I have put other videos up for direct download with no issue. However, I would like to get paid for the downloads.

The site is: www.KimESherwood.com with the module located on the Other Comic Videos menu, and I will be more than happy to provide my login details if you need them.

What's the size of the file you are trying to download ?

Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can look at it and fix it ?
