non-Registered Users Allowed to Download

Hi,

I have set Download Free Documents and Purchase Document so that only Registered users should be allowed to download or purchase documents in Document Seller (DMS).

In testing, a user with no existing Joomla user account is allowed to download documents without being prompted to create a Joomla user account. When I look in Joomla accounts I do not see that a Joomla user account was created from the customer's order information.

I don't see in the Document Seller directions or documentation information about how to prompt users to register for a Joomla user account before being allowed to download a document or how to modify Document Seller form fields to collect a password entry.

How do I enable creation of a Registered user account within Document Seller or is there an additional Ossolutions plug-in for this?

Hi

None registered users cannot download free documents if you don't allow it. Maybe something wrong with your setting. Could you please send me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check the setting for you ?
