Documents not appearing in categories

Hi Everyone,
I'm just getting started with document seller. I can't seem to get my documents to show up in my categories. On the front-end nothing shows up. Also in the back-end under DMS-categories it says there are 0 documents in the categories even though when I edit my documents they clearly say that they are in the categories.

I went through all the documentation / configuration. what am I missing?

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket send me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you ? No-one gets issue like that before .

Just purchased your document seller software..having the exact same issue here...and i submitted a ticket as well....was the issue found?
