Cancel button on upload document does not work

Hey,

Like my title states, the cancel button on upload document does not work. I tried it in Firefox 4.0 and Chrome.

Has this been tested? I want to know if it is a global issue or just my issue.

Here is more details of the bug. The "cancel upload" button right beside the "save document" button is not working. Once clicking this button it should bring you back to the profile page or homepage. May I know which file I must edit to fix this? This needs to be fixed for my launch.
