Fix issue when saving document, the issue has cause from Edocman Notification plugin

The Edocman developer team are proud to announce the release of Edocman 1.9.11. This is a twelveth release for the 1.9.x series of Edocman with new improvement.

What new in Edocman 1.9.11

1. Add option to allow user to exclude their email out of (new document uploaded/ document updated) notification emails
From this version, you can add tag: [UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK] into Notification email content, and Edocman will replace it by the unsubscribe link. If you don't want to receive new documents upload or documents updated emails, they just need to click on that link to add their email into exclude list.

2. Add Tags cloud module
This module is used to show tags of documents. There are 3 types of Tags showing

• List
• Default
• Dropdown

3. Improve Edocman documents module
We add new feature to allow you to show documents in ordering field

4. Add option to increase Version of Edocman documents
You can turn on Edocman configure option: Increase document version, then, when you edit and save document, Version of document will be increased 1.

5. Retouch Edocman Configuration page
We adjusted Edocman Configuration page to make all configure options become clearer.

After the newest release 1.9.11 I have "lost" the possibility to bulk import files from server.

Hi, after upgrade to the new version i get the following error (backend and frontend too) when i save to upload document.

This is the error: Save failed with the following error: Unknown column 'emails' in 'field list'

To be honest i noticed that file has been upload but without any category assigned. The problem is when i try to assign some category to the file and i click on Save.

Problem solved.

I deleted all files from edocman and the server.
Copied all files to the server again and after MANY hours bulk imported all files to edocman again.
I can't recommend this proces if you have as many files as I had (or still have).

In release 1.9.12 under:

Configuration > Themes > Number words of description to be shown >

Enter number words of document short description you want to show in Documents listing, leave zero (0) if you want to show all short description

If you leave number of words at zero (0), the short description will NOT show. This started in release 1.9.12

Instead of leaving it at (0), I simply entered a number (25) and it works. Any number will work. So, problem solved for me
