No emails sent to admin or customer after Stripe payment

We have implemented Stripe. We are not receiving emails for orders placed via Stripe.
System > Configuration > Invoice
・Send Invoice to customer: Yes
・Send Invoice to admin: Yes
We have set these options, but neither the customer nor the admin is receiving email notifications.
Do we need to change any other settings?

Hello Shoko,

Thank you for submitting the question here. I think the reason because you didn't setup the Webhook from Stripe Dashboard properly.

Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site so I can help you to check and guide you how to do that.

I received your ticket and figugred out the reason because you didn't setup Stripe Webhook. I guided you how to do that. Please following up the ticket to have it work.
