Minimum weight for weight-based shipping to be available?

Hi

Due to the latest UK-US shipping complexity, I need International Standard shipping (a weight-based shipping option) to only be available to the US (Geozone 4 in my set-up) after a certain weight - before that, I only want International Tracked available...
How do I go about setting a minimum weight limit on a weight-based shipping plugin for just one Geozone? The other Geozones should remain as they are...
Do I need to duplicate the plugin and have a different setup for Geozone 4 on one version?

If you need a different minimum weight, then you can install a duplicated weight shipping plugin for it.
