eshop_weight plugin in 3.9.5 not working

I found an error in the weight-shipping plugin in version 3.9.5 of ESHOP.

The following error shows up while trying to load the data from the plugin: Error 0 - Call to a member function format() on null
JROOT/components/com_eshop/plugins/shipping/eshop_weight.php:166

Problem comes from the new code in eshop_weight.php, lines 65-71. 
When deactivating these lines, everything works as expected.

Please check and correct lines 65-71.
