Paypal Pro or Paypal Advanced Checkout? - confused

I have Paypal Advanced Checkout activated on my Paypal Business Account but it gives a Public and Secret Key.
However in the Paypal Pro plugin it asks for API Username, Password and Signature.

I guess that plugin doesnt work with Advanced Checkout.

What do I need to be able to easily take Credit Card with Paypal.
