Paypal Pro Payment failure This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's was created by MARIA PAPPAS

EShop Paypal Pro Payment failure This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

Hi for many days I am trying to make this workWe integrated paypal with Paypal Pro in our website we have added the API Signature, API Username & API password but when we try to submit the payment we get this error.

(Payment failure This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.)

Please help!
