Delivery quote

Is it possible in the store (even coding your own) delivery method in which, after selecting it, the system provides information about the shipping quote? It does not process the order, in the sense that it goes into more of a shipping inquiry form.

Thank you for submitting the ticket here. I read the your question but I am a bit confused. So you don't want to use Shopping Cart mode, you just want to use Quote Cart mode to allow customers to add products to the quote and submit the form to the admin's store without online payment, right?
