Paypal problems

Hello. I'm having issues with orders now. I'm not getting email notifications in my orders email, I only get emails from Paypal notifying me of a new order. If I visit the back end, the order is stuck in processing. Why this change all of a sudden? I also have issues with iPhone users getting stuck in processing and the order never goes through. I've lost 100s of orders like that. That has been going on for years with no fix. Thank you.

I've had similar problems since upgading to 3.6.0

Not on every order, but 3 out of 5 don't notify properly
