Payment plugins directly with bank?

  HELLO,
I installed eShop for a customer, as well as the Paypal and Stripe modules, but he wishes to install the payment system offered by his bank and he sent me a kit for site built in PHP, but it doesn’t look like all Payment plugin models provided or witch can be developed (a PHP file and an XML file). How to integrate this system into eShop? Is it possible ?I am not at all a developer and don’t know how to do this !

If not, you need to find someone else who are familiar with your payment gateway to do it for you.
